    3. If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will not be guaranteed as the product is already on its way. In this case, you will need to follow our return procedure.

    SUMSEI guarantees its products against material defects and workmanship issues during normal use for (1) year from the original purchase date. At its discretion, SUMSEI will either repair or replace defective products with similar models. This warranty does not cover second-hand or previously used products sold "AS IS" or "OPEN BOX."
