  • Warranty
    [Limited Warranty] SUMSEI guarantees its products against material defects and workmanship issues during normal use for (1) year from the original purchase date. At its discretion, SUMSEI will either repair or replace defective products with similar models. This warranty does not cover second-hand or previously used products sold "AS IS" or "OPEN BOX."

Please fill out and submit the "Order Cancellation Form." * You will need your order number, which can be found in your email or "My Orders" page. 2. Any cancellations before the order has been shipped from our warehouse will be processed promptly by our SUMSEI team. 3. If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, it will not be guaranteed as the product is already on its way. In this case, you will need to follow our return procedure. After Product Shipment: 1. Please fill out the "Return Request Form." 2. For additional inquiries regarding returns, please send a message to contact@sumsei.kr. 3. Send the product to the address below: SUMSEI USA 3714 Lapas DR, Houston, TX 77023, USA 4. Once the returned product is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be processed. [Shipping Fees] Refunds for Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The seller will provide a prepaid label. The final refund amount will exclude the round-trip shipping fee of $50. Refunds for Product Issues: The seller will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. The full purchase amount will be refunded once the product issue is confirmed. In this case, the seller will cover all shipping costs. Exchanges for Change of Mind: The buyer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee of $50. The seller will provide a prepaid label for the return. Exchanges for Product Issues: The seller will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid label. A new product will be sent free of charge. The product is lost or damaged due to the buyer’s responsibility (excluding cases where the packaging is damaged to check the contents). 3. The value of the product has significantly decreased due to damage to the packaging caused by the buyer’s responsibility. 4 The value of the product has significantly decreased due to the buyer's use or partial consumption. 5. The value of the product has significantly decreased over time, making it difficult to resell. [Refund Processing Time] For refunds, once the product arrives at our warehouse and the inspection is completed, we will process the refund immediately. The actual refund timing may vary depending on your payment method and typically takes between 5-10 business days to be completed.
